We appreciate volunteer service at Fox Hollow. Thank you for supporting our children! If you are interested helping at our school, you must:

Complete a volunteer Application and submit it to the school office. A new application must be completed annually. If you are needing to be fingerprinted, you will need to bring this form, as well as the completed "Code of Conduct" form below to the office for the principal's signature. Once signed, you will click on the link below to make an appointment to go to the district's H.R. office to be fingerprinted. You MUST take the form signed by the principal to your appointment with you.
All volunteers who have "significant unsupervised access" to children, as determined by the school principal, must be fingerprinted and clear a criminal background check, at no cost to them, before they may volunteer.
You will need to watch the "Code of Conduct" video below. Once completed, please fill out the verification form below.

Once you have the above documents completed, please bring them to the school. Our principal will sign the form and then you will need to make an appointment to be fingerprinted at the district office in Jordan Landing. Here is the link to sign up for an appointment:
